Kontactic Seller Center — Platform Terms of Service
KTT卖家中心 (Seller Center)
Version 1.0 · Effective 2026-06-07
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Kontactic Seller Center platform, including the website and web application at app.kontactic.com, the seller tools, dashboards, and related online services we make available (collectively, the "Platform"). By creating an account, checking the acceptance box, or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
1. Who we are
The Platform is operated by Inuf Co., Ltd. (주식회사 아이너프), a company incorporated under the laws of the Republic of Korea, doing business as "Kontactic", with its registered office at 2F Office #462A, 47, Gangnam-daero 112-gil, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, Republic of Korea ("Kontactic", "we", "us", "our"). Han Ce (Hangzhou) Business Consulting Co., Ltd. (韩策(杭州)商务咨询有限公司), a company incorporated under the laws of the People's Republic of China (Unified Social Credit Code 91330105MAK8G72W1Q), is our affiliate and acts as the local payment service provider for customers in China. Kontactic and Han Ce are together the "Kontactic Group".
2. The Platform and our services
Kontactic is a Managed Market Entry Operator and a seller-tools software provider helping overseas sellers enter and operate in the Korean market. The Platform provides account management, onboarding guidance, document and contract tools, integrations with marketplaces such as Coupang, and other seller tools we may add over time. We may add, change, or discontinue features at any time. Specific paid services — for example Import-of-Record / Seller-of-Record services, Korean entity setup, marketing, or detail-page production — are governed by separate service agreements or order forms. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a signed service agreement for a specific service, the service agreement controls for that service.
3. Eligibility and accounts
You must be a business and at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Platform. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information at registration and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. We may refuse, suspend, or terminate accounts that contain false information or that violate these Terms.
4. Customer information and authorizations
You represent that you are authorized to provide the information and documents you submit (including company registration details, the legal representative's information, identity documents, and bank information) and that they are true and accurate. Where you provide marketplace credentials — including your Coupang vendor code (AID) and OPEN API Access Key and Secret Key — you authorize Kontactic to access and operate the relevant marketplace account solely to provide the services you request, and you confirm you have the right to grant that authorization. You may withdraw this authorization by removing the credentials or closing your account, subject to any separate service agreement.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) use the Platform unlawfully or in violation of any third-party rights; (b) upload content that is infringing, deceptive, or unlawful; (c) interfere with or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform, other accounts, or our systems; (d) reverse engineer, scrape, or copy the Platform except as permitted by law; or (e) use the Platform to sell or list products that violate applicable laws or marketplace policies. You are solely responsible for your products, listings, pricing, and compliance with all applicable laws and marketplace rules.
6. Fees
Access to certain Platform features may be included with a paid service or offered separately. Fees, billing, currency, and payment terms for specific services are set out in the applicable service agreement or order form. Where Han Ce acts as local payment service provider, certain fees may be collected in RMB within China as described in that agreement. Except as required by law or expressly stated, fees are non-refundable.
7. Intellectual property
The Platform, including its software, design, text, and trademarks, is owned by the Kontactic Group or its licensors and is protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Platform for your internal business purposes during the term. You retain ownership of the content and data you submit ("Your Content") and grant us a license to host, process, and use Your Content as needed to provide and improve the Platform and services. You must not use our trademarks without our prior written consent.
8. Confidentiality
Each party may receive confidential information of the other. The receiving party will use it only to perform under these Terms and protect it with reasonable care, except where disclosure is required by law. This does not apply to information that is or becomes public through no fault of the receiving party, or is independently developed.
9. Third-party services
The Platform integrates with third-party services (for example, Coupang and our infrastructure and communications providers). Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for third-party services. Marketplace decisions (including account approval, listing, and payouts) are made by the marketplace, not by us.
10. Disclaimers
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any particular sales, approval, or business result will be achieved.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Kontactic Group will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to the Platform. Our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms will not exceed the fees you paid to the Kontactic Group for Platform access in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
12. Indemnification
You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Kontactic Group and its directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any third-party claims, damages, losses, liabilities, fines, penalties, and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your products, Your Content, your use of the Platform, or your breach of these Terms or applicable law.
13. Term, suspension, and termination
These Terms apply while you have an account. You may stop using the Platform and request account closure at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, create risk or legal exposure for us, or fail to pay applicable fees. On termination, your right to use the Platform ends; provisions that by their nature should survive (including Sections 7–12 and 15) will survive. Termination of platform access does not by itself terminate a separate signed service agreement, which is governed by its own terms.
14. Changes
We may modify the Platform and these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide reasonable notice (for example, in-app or by email) and update the version above. Your continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
15. Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to them, are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably will be finally settled by arbitration administered by the Korean Commercial Arbitration Board (KCAB) in Seoul, Republic of Korea, under its rules then in effect; the arbitration will be conducted in Chinese. Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm.
16. General
Notices to Kontactic may be sent to admin@kontactic.com; notices to you may be sent to the email on your account. Assignment: you may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent; we may assign to an affiliate or successor. Severability: if any provision is unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect. Entire agreement: these Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement regarding the Platform, except for separate service agreements that govern specific services. Language: these Terms are provided in English and Chinese; in case of conflict, the Chinese version prevails.
